Price Match Requests

If you find the same product offered at a different price from another retailer, you may contact us before placing your order. We will review your request and assess whether a price adjustment can be applied.

Conditions for a price match review

  • The product must be the same model and specification.

  • The item must be new and in stock at the other retailer at the time of your request.

  • The retailer must be a recognised online store, not a private seller or auction listing.

  • The price must be listed publicly in the same currency, excluding temporary voucher codes or loyalty rewards.

  • Price match requests can only be reviewed before you place your order. We cannot adjust prices after an order has been confirmed.

All price match requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.
