PART 5 – SHIPPING
Our goal is to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience. To ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders, we have set special shipping rules: delivery time and processing
Orders are always prepared within 4-7 working days (from Monday to Friday). We do not ship anything on public holidays.

If you order before 12pm (GMT) London time Monday to Friday, we will process your order either the same day or the following day. If there are delays in your delivery, we will inform you by email.

In USA you should expect a delivery time of 10-18 working days (Monday to Friday). Depending on the product ordered and the accuracy of your information, the delivery time may vary. The deadline for orders is 12pm (GMT) London time.

Shipping information and package tracking When your package is on the way, we will send you an email with a tracking link. This link will work within a day.

Problems with delivery If something goes wrong with your order in transit, e.g. E.g. if it disappears, becomes damaged or someone steals it, contact us. We will then contact the delivery service and do our best to resolve the issue.

SECTION 6 - UNACCEPTIVE DELIVERIES
If you do not accept delivery, you will be responsible for the costs of returning and processing the products. If a package is ready for collection because you were absent and you do not collect it within the specified time period, this will be considered a refusal of the order.

SECTION 7 - EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Returns and costs Depending on the item, you may incur return costs. If you are dissatisfied with an item, you have the right to return it in unused condition within 14 days of receipt. After we have checked the item, we will refund you the purchase price. Please report your return to our customer service in advance.

Damaged goods upon arrival If an item is defective upon arrival, we ask you to contact our support team quickly. Please tell us:

• Which item it is
• A brief description of the damage
• A photo of the defective item
• If packages are externally damaged upon delivery, we ask that you provide a photo as proof and contact our customer service immediately.

Claims for such damage should be submitted within 7 days of receipt. We cannot issue a refund or replacement without confirmation of the damage from our support team.
