Returns
You can return your Custom NH35 Seiko Watch within 14 days of receipt, only if the watch is in its original condition, unused and unaltered. Please ensure the watch is returned with all packaging materials, manuals, and any other materials that came with it. We do not accept returns of custom-made NH35 Seiko Watches that have been personalized or engraved. Please be informed that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or not as described.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Please note that any shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
